Dr Tracy Kirk is a legal academic specialising in the rights of children and young people. Based in Scotland, she has a Scots law degree and a PhD in law.

Much of her work is done with children and young people. Her thesis focused upon the rights of individuals who are approaching adulthood and the way the law should recognise age limits.
